Diane K. Hudson, Ph.D., BCBA
I've dedicated my entire career to working with children and their adults in homes, schools, and communities, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing clients make progress and take pride in their achievements. Whether it’s a sixth-grader sharing how a skill she practiced in session helped her stay calm during class or a parent describing smoother evenings at home, these are the moments of success I strive for. My focus is not only on supporting my clients in gaining independence, self-awareness, and self-advocacy, but also in building capacity within families. I believe that when families are met with compassion and provided with individualized tools and strategies, they can create lasting change that allows for growth for everyone. When I’m working with families, we focus on what truly matters: learning skills that are relevant to everyday life and will continue to be useful long after our sessions have ended.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (1998), a Master of Science in Special Education (2002), and a Ph.D. in School Psychology (2003). I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. Across all of these journeys, my commitment has remained the same: using the best of behavioral science to make meaningful improvements in the lives of others.
